THE PROJECT

Project process development.
I was part of a newly formed training group. There was no process for validating training process so I created a template of questions we could pose to both stake holders and subject matter experts in order to ensure all relevant information was captured and recorded. This became essential for delivering consistent training that would ensure learners would have the skills that had been found to be missing in there performance.
