THE PROJECT |

This lesson plan was prepared for an in classroom session that I would later facilitate specifically for Northern Californian Hospitals as the region has specific processes that the Unit Assistants needed to follow. For Southern Californian Hospitals, from Oakland to Fresno, the Lesson plan changed to match the different processes of the areas. This course was delivered to over 500 learners in the span of 6 months. It was a hands on course training Unit Technicians the inital ways of using KPHealth Connect (Epic) as it was first designed in 2008. |
